Child Safety Standards

Last updated: April 8, 2026 · Applies to ChatCrack as distributed on Google Play and at chatcrack.us

Overview

ChatCrack is committed to child safety. This page is our published standards regarding child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including how we treat child sexual abuse material (CSAM), how users can report concerns without leaving the app where we provide that path, and how to reach our designated child safety point of contact.

We designed this resource to align with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy for apps declared in applicable categories (for example, Social). Use the URL of this page in Play Console where a link to your CSAE standards is requested.

How we define CSAE

For the purposes of ChatCrack’s policies and this page, CSAE (child sexual abuse and exploitation) means content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Examples include, without limitation: grooming a child for sexual exploitation; sexual extortion (“sextortion”) involving a child; trafficking of a child for sex; or otherwise sexually exploiting a child. We treat attempts to facilitate or normalize CSAE through our service as strictly prohibited.

How we define CSAM and how we respond

CSAM means child sexual abuse material: any visual depiction (including photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery) involving a minor in sexually explicit conduct, as described in applicable law and in line with how major platforms define CSAM for enforcement.

CSAM is illegal. It is not allowed on ChatCrack. When we obtain actual knowledge of CSAM on our service, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law—including prompt removal, preservation of evidence where required, account action, and referral to law enforcement or the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (CyberTipline) (or other competent authorities outside the United States, as appropriate).

Our published standards (zero tolerance)

ChatCrack’s standards for CSAE and child safety include at least the following:

Reporting concerns (in-app and email)

Google Play requires an in-app mechanism so users can communicate concerns to us. On the ChatCrack Android app, open Settings, then under Support tap Email support & safety reports. That starts an email to us (you stay in the ChatCrack flow until your mail app opens). You can describe safety concerns, abuse, or policy violations there.

The same address is available on the web: Chatcracksupport@gmail.com. For urgent matters involving imminent harm, contact local emergency services first.

Enforcement and cooperation

We enforce these standards together with our Terms of service and community rules. We may use automated signals, user reports, moderator review, and legal process. We cooperate with valid legal requests and with recognized child-safety reporting channels where appropriate.

We aim to operate ChatCrack in compliance with applicable child safety and reporting obligations in the jurisdictions where we offer the service. Specific duties can vary by country; nothing on this page limits our obligations under law.

Child safety point of contact

Questions about ChatCrack’s CSAE/CSAM prevention practices, this policy, or coordination with Google Play or law enforcement should go to our designated contact:

If Google Play Console asks for a named individual for the CSAM point of contact, that name is supplied in Console as required; this public page uses the operational email above so anyone can reach us.

Changes

We may update this page to reflect product, legal, or policy changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

This page is provided for transparency and Google Play compliance. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review your obligations for your jurisdictions and Play declarations.
